- Those six snakes this summer it double the number in the first 8 years of living here! That's not my kind of trend! #
- Son of a Bit**… another snake on the back porch! That makes six I have had to take care of this year. This one might have been a Mojave. #

- What day is it? Have to look at my computer or phone to know. Everyday is a workday and thus just a blur. Mid Aug can't get here fast enough #

I hate snakes…..especially those poisonous and aggressive ones! Sorry to hear you have had so many trying to nest up in your house. Mojave’s are something scary. Also sorry to hear you have had a tough work schedule. Mine has been similarly demanding, especially with the DC commute tagged onto either end. However, I haven’t had to work any weekends for a month or so, so it isn’t all that bad….and I took today off to celebrate Delaney’s birthday.
Seems to be a run on snakes in the area this year. Talked to our neighbor and they have had similar numbers this summer. very odd. must be a snake pit around here somewhere.
Can see the light at the end of the tunnel on the work. No days off in more than a month. About one more week and then deliver the proposal.
