Family Reunions

Surprise Surprise! We received a call this weekend from my Mother stating that she wanted to get the whole family together here in Arizona this summer in a family reunion type atmosphere. Sweet! We had all gotten together last summer in Gulf Shores, AL and it was fantastic. The kids just loved hooking up with their cousins and having a good ole time. We made tentative plans to get together next summer (2007) again on a cruise to Alaska. So this new plan was a bit of surprise. It was also a welcome chance to get some of these folks to AZ who have never been here to experience the beautiful country and see our home. The get together should be ocurring in July. We are going to try putting everybody up at our house, so it should be quite cozy. Plans will include a trip up to the Grand Canyon. Its a wonderful, scenic place to visit. Suzanne and I have been there before, but our kids have yet to make the 5 hour trek. I dont believe anyone else in my family has been there either, so it will be enjoyable. The kids are excited as is Suzanne who gets to plan another vacation.
Celebrity just annouced their 2007 Alaska Cruise schedule, so she is hard at work planning that family reunion event too. And with our cruise to Mexico on the Celebrity Mercury upcoming this fall, she is in planning heaven.

I am trying to upload some of the photos I had on the previous incarnation of this website. Since we are again going to be cruising to Mexico this fall, I thought it appropriate to get the photos from our last cruise to Mexico on the site. These photos are from our 2003 cruise to the Mexican Riviera aboard the Celebrity Mercury. I still need to update the captions, but wanted to get the photos viewable first. Enjoy!
