We booked our family reunion cruise to Alaska for June of 2007 today. This should be a fun family event except for the absence of sister Kelly and family from Michigan. We exepect to have a least four cabins of folks for the cruise. More are talking about going. We will be sailing on the Celebrity Mercury round trip out of Seattle.
It’s been wonderful these last few years of the family getting together as a whole and visiting. We must have gone 15 years where it was very rare for the whole family to be together. I hope the trend continues. Everyone is coming to see us here in Arizona over the 4th of July, so more fun should abound.
Still a bunch of planning to do for the cruise, but first, Mr Papa’s family has a little cruise to Mexico this Thanksgiving to worry about.

We are booked on the November sailing From Hawaii to Auckland aboard Mercury. Although I have sailed on Celebrity half a dozen times, it has never been aboard Mercury.
I would love your feedback/opinion/photos on the ship and its upgrades.

I think you will like the Celebrity Mercury. We tend to prefer the Celebrity line and Mercury is one of our favorite ships – not too big and not too small. Sounds like you are in the same type of room as we are.
We had wanted to do the very cruise you are on, but it meant too much time away from school for the kids.
